Sorghum bicolor Domesticated over 2,000 years ago in Africa. Sorghum produces large heads of round grains that can be ground for flour or fed to animals This variety is from Malakal, in South Sudan. It is drought tolerant but needs a long warm season. We grew it in the polytunnel and harvested in November.
