Lavender Parching Corn

Mandan Parching corn is dry roasted on a pan until the kernels pop like corn nuts. This beautiful lavender corn can also be made into flour and used for making cakes and cornbread. One of the traditional native corns grown along the Missouri River in North Dakota. Grown by Jason Horner
